Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee OPD medical claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Resolve issues with employees and healthcare providers.
• Analyze claims data for trends and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their claims.

Requirements:

• Education: MBBS, PharmD, or related field.
• 1 year of claims processing experience (preferably OPD).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
