Class Teacher, Grade: 1-2

We are looking for dedicated Class Teachers specializing in Urdu, Arts, Music, Physical Education, and general classroom teaching to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidates will play a vital role in nurturing young learners by delivering engaging lessons and facilitating interactive classroom activities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere that promotes effective learning.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills during daily classroom activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proven classroom management abilities to maintain discipline and promote positive learning outcomes.
- Ability to design innovative, age-appropriate, and engaging lesson plans.
- Patience and empathy to support the diverse learning needs of students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Collaborative teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and school administration.

Additional Information
This position is open to candidates of all genders. The salary range is between ¤1,800,000 and ¤2,400,000 per year, paid in local currency.
