The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for assigned clients. They will act as the central link between clients, timestampers, trimmers, and editors — ensuring deadlines are met, feedback is actioned, and work is delivered at the highest quality.

This person will also provide regular reporting, streamline communication, and free up the founder to focus on sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Receive content and instructions from clients and ensure timely handover to internal teams.
  • Provide bi-weekly performance reports for each client.

Workflow Coordination

  • Assign work to timestampers and trimmers, review outputs, and forward to editors with clear instructions.
  • Review editor submissions, grade work according to SproutUp’s internal quality guide, and send back for revisions if necessary.
  • Deliver final approved work to clients on time.
  • Chase up any delays and keep projects moving forward without bottlenecks.

Operations & Reporting

  • Track and report weekly activities to leadership, including a personal time review.
  • Help build processes and document learnings as the company scales.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the workflow and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (professional level).
  • Quick communicator — responsive and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot quality issues in video edits.
  • Basic understanding of video editing workflow (not technical, but enough to grade edits using internal guidelines).
  • Professional education and experience background preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in account management, operations, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, social media, or creative agencies.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
