We are hiring Client Acquisition Executives for our US-facing calling team. If your English is confident, your communication is sharp, and you are looking for a permanent role where your monthly take-home actually reflects your effort keep reading.

The Organisation
Established in 2009, ABS International operates as a direct US Principal. We own our brands, our campaigns, and our commission structure from end to end. Sixteen years of continuous operations. Sixteen years of zero missed payrolls. We are not a sub-contractor and we are not going anywhere.

The Role
You will be making outbound calls to US-based prospects — initiating conversations, building rapport, qualifying interest, and converting opportunities into revenue. Every call you make is tracked. Every deal you close is rewarded. This is a professional calling floor with structured targets, live US CRM tools, daily coaching, and a team environment built around consistent individual performance.

What You Will Earn
Base Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 per month
Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000 every month
Commission: A direct percentage of every rupee of revenue you personally generate — uncapped
Daily Cash Reward: Top performer on the floor earns a cash bonus every single working day
15 days fully paid annual leave
Provident Fund: Structured company contributions

Your base arrives every month regardless. Your commission is built by you — one call at a time.

Who Should Apply
Confident spoken and written English you will be in live conversations with US customers every shift and the quality of those conversations determines your commission. Some experience in calling, BPO, sales, or customer-facing work is preferred freshers with outstanding English and genuine drive are also considered. Self-motivated and consistent you show up, you dial, you deliver. Full availability for Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, permanently on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi.
