We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our education services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for existing and prospective students and clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding educational programs, application processes, and services.
Handle inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Follow up on leads, conduct consultation calls, and ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Maintain client records and update interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the client experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly client engagement and satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or educational consultancy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education or edtech sector.
Knowledge of academic programs, admission processes, or international education (if applicable).
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
