Key Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries

Ensure timely and effective communication with clients

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and solutions

Maintain accurate client records and reports

Support account management and follow up on client feedback

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a client-facing or support role is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
