Client Services Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial onboarding process through ongoing support. You will work closely with various internal teams to deliver outstanding service and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate clear communication
- Coordinate client communications, schedule meetings, and manage timely follow-ups
- Oversee onboarding procedures and provide continuous support to clients throughout their journey
- Monitor client needs and ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all client interactions
- Support account managers and other internal teams as needed to enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
- Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or CRM software to manage client data and communication
- Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role is preferred

This is a full-time position based on-site, offering a monthly salary range of Rs25,000 to Rs45,000. The role requires working in person to ensure effective collaboration and client engagement.
