Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder based in the Lahore District. The Co-Founder will oversee the strategic direction of the company, develop and execute business growth strategies, identify market opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Given that the Company’s business model is heavily reliant on advertising agencies, this role requires someone with strong, existing relationships within advertising agencies, media buying houses, and brand marketing teams, and the ability to leverage those relationships to drive consistent deal flow. The Co-Founder will actively engage with agencies to secure campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and position the Company as a preferred fleet advertising partner.

The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with executive teams, lead sales and marketing initiatives, and contribute to key decision-making processes to ensure the company’s success and long-term sustainability. The role also involves conducting in-depth market and industry research to support data-driven decisions and identifying emerging trends in outdoor and mobility-based advertising.

Compensation Structure:

This role includes equity ownership in the company, reflecting the long-term partnership nature of the position. In addition, the Co-Founder will be eligible for performance-based commissions on successful client acquisitions and revenue generated, aligning incentives with growth and results.
