Overview
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team and support our client acquisition efforts in the US market. This role is ideal for someone with prior cold calling experience who is comfortable engaging American business owners, initiating conversations, and promoting digital marketing services. You should be proactive, persuasive, and unafraid to navigate objections while maintaining professionalism.

This is an on-site, full-time, evening shift (7pm-3:30am) role. We are not considering hybrid or remote applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US to introduce our marketing services
• Clearly communicate value propositions across SEO, AI/search optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing solutions
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Set appointments and book discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn when appropriate
• Consistently meet or exceed call and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Excellent spoken English. You will be speaking with American business owners daily
• Confidence engaging with decision-makers across US businesses
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Comfortable working evening/night hours aligned to US business hours
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
• Highly organized and results-oriented

Compensation

• Starting salary up to PKR 100,000/month
