Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

This position is ideal for individuals with initial experience in sales or telemarketing who are eager to earn uncapped commissions.

Position Details

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year of experience, ideally in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.

Timings: Part-Time/Evening Shift (approximately 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM).

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on businesses interested in SEO and other digital marketing services.

Introduce Nexa Growth and clearly articulate the value of our digital marketing solutions.

Qualify leads and successfully set appointments for our sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: PKR 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience).

Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission structure based on successfully set and closed appointments. Your earning potential significantly increases with your performance.

Requirements

Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional and persuasive phone demeanor.

Reliable attendance and commitment to the evening schedule.

Familiarity with the digital marketing or advertising industry is a major plus.
