Role Description

☑️ Make outbound cold calls to potential clients

☑️ Promote our services: Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing

☑️ Explain services clearly and confidently

☑️ Qualify leads and capture accurate details

☑️ Maintain call records and follow up professionally

☑️ Collaborate with the internal team for smooth handovers

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Fluent spoken English & excellent communication skills
• Confident and convincing on calls
• Prior experience in cold calling is helpful but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Previous experience in IT sales is a plus
• Good understanding of digital services (web design and marketing)
• Energetic, punctual, and result-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office is a plus

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday

-10pm to 06am (Night Shift)
