Cold Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist

We are a recruiting agency seeking a Cold Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist to build and optimize outbound cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate has proven experience using Instantly and Apollo, and has supported recruiting or staffing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and booked meetings
• Manage Instantly setup and performance: inbox warm-up, sending limits, sequences, rotation, and analytics
• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo (segmentation, enrichment, list management)
• Create and test messaging (subject lines, copy, sequences, A/B testing)
• Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with deliverability best practices
• Monitor and improve inbox placement, bounce rates, and reply quality
• Provide weekly reporting and recommendations based on performance metrics

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in B2B cold email / outbound email marketing (or equivalent proven results)
• Hands-on experience with Instantly and Apollo (required)
• Strong understanding of deliverability best practices (warming, throttling, inbox rotation, spam prevention)
• Prior experience working with a recruiting/staffing agency (preferred)
• Excellent written English and strong analytical skills

Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, NeverBounce/ZeroBounce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs167,802.00 - Rs279,671.00 per month
