Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Agent based in the Karachi Central District, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Responsibilities include client acquisition, relationship management, and providing personalized advice on various life insurance plans to meet individual client needs. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging sales and communication skills to meet targets. Agents will have opportunities to participate in training sessions to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

 

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Training abilities
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
