Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Communications Officer with at least four years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and maintain positive media relations. This role focuses on managing both internal and external communication efforts, ensuring that messaging across all platforms is clear, consistent, and aligned with the companys goals. The Communications Officer collaborates closely with different departments to deliver effective communication campaigns that support business objectives. The Communications Officer does not have team management responsibilities but acts as a key contributor to the communication function within Fulcrum Pvt Ltd. This position requires strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate events, monitor media coverage, and generate impactful press releases. The successful candidate must be adept at leveraging media outreach strategies and media monitoring tools to track the effectiveness of communication efforts and maintain a positive public image for the company.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create and maintain strong media relations to secure positive coverage and manage public perception.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events that enhance brand awareness and employee engagement.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and other communication materials to targeted audiences.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns using media monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to design and implement internal communication strategies that boost employee engagement and information sharing.
  • Manage brand messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for media outreach and build relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews or press conferences as required.
  • Support crisis communication initiatives to protect and reinforce the companys reputation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, communication best practices, and emerging technologies.
