The Communications trainer will be instrumental in shaping the communication capabilities of our trainees, guiding them through a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance fluency, refine pronunciation with improved grammar and sentence structuring.

You will be a mentor, actively working on their confidence, engaging them through innovative classroom activities, and employing proven methodologies to unlock their full verbal potential

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct highly interactive and dynamic training sessions focused on improving trainees' verbal English communication
• Effectively deliver pre-designed course material, adapting delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and ensure maximum comprehension and retention
• Design and facilitate a wide range of engaging classroom activities, role-plays, discussions, and group exercises that promote active participation and practical application of learned skills
• Provide constructive, actionable, and real-time feedback on trainees' language proficiency, pronunciation, grammar, and overall communication effectiveness
• Offer personalized guidance and support to trainees, identifying specific areas for improvement and tailoring practice methods
• Monitor and assess trainee progress consistently, utilizing established evaluation frameworks (e.g., CEFR levels) to track development over time
• Apply tested and proven methodologies in language acquisition and confidence building, contributing to the continuous improvement of our training programs.
• Act as a mentor, motivating trainees to overcome challenges, embrace learning, and sustain their passion for English communication
• Work closely with the reporting authority or head of academy and fellow trainers to share best practices, develop new activities, and ensure curriculum alignment
• Conduct Interviews of the candidate as part of evaluation process

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in Training or English Language training in an academy or institution
• Native-level or near-native fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, neutral, or American accent
• Someone who can join on immediate basis
