🌟 What You'll Do:

• Conduct community outreach and case assessments to support individuals and families.
• Provide counseling and assistance to marginalized communities.
• Develop and implement social welfare programs in collaboration with NGOs and public sectors.
• Connect beneficiaries with education, healthcare, and financial aid services.
• Organize awareness campaigns, training, and workshops on social issues.
• Document progress, maintain reports, and evaluate program effectiveness.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.

✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in NGOs, humanitarian aid, or social work (fresh graduates welcome!).

✔️ Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

✔️ Language: Fluency in English (Urdu or Punjabi a plus).
