Company Chauffeur / Corporate Driver

The Company Chauffeur is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, guests, and cargo using company-owned vehicles. The role ensures timely travel, vehicle cleanliness, and proper maintenance while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials safely and punctually.

Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle and handling luggage.

Plan efficient routes and ensure on-time arrival at destinations.

Maintain vehicle logs, including mileage and maintenance records.

Conduct daily checks on fuel, oil, brakes, water levels, and tire pressure.

Wash, clean, and maintain the vehicle’s appearance.

Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the supervisor.

Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Perform general administrative or delivery support duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

Education: Minimum Matriculation.

Experience: At least 5 years as a chauffeur in a reputable company or hotel.

Skills & Requirements:

Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Must pass the Employee Verification Portal background check (in collaboration with KATI).

Able to read and write efficiently.

Excellent knowledge of Karachi’s roads and routes.

Strong time management and route planning skills.

Professional, courteous, and well-groomed at all times.

Basic knowledge of GPS, Google Maps, and navigation tools.
