Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to our growth & brand expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, supply chain, and retail operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization, maintaining 100 productivity by balancing workloads so that resources are neither underutilized nor overburdened.
• Monitor and maintain high project quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined quality benchmarks and brand expectations.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
