About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to supervise and manage building construction projects located in different cities across Pakistan. The candidate will be responsible for on-site operations, ensuring quality, timely execution, and coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and schedule adherence.
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily and weekly site reports.
• Manage resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve construction-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building or infrastructure construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure project deadlines.
• Must be willing to stay on-site in other cities during project execution.
