Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage a team of 10 employees, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide expert consultancy services to clients and internal stakeholders, advising on best practices and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that leverage comprehensive product knowledge to maximize revenue.
• Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support professional development.
• Ensure loyalty and dedication within the team by fostering engagement, trust, and motivation.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in products and services.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of management plans.
