Role Description:

Lumida Wealth is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented News Content Curator to keep our audience informed with the latest and most relevant news in finance, wealth management, and fintech. If you have a knack for spotting trends and synthesizing complex information into engaging content, we’d love to hear from you! As our News Content Curator, you will monitor top news sources, financial publications, and industry blogs to gather and curate insightful content for our audience. You will be responsible for creating digestible news summaries and coordinating with our content and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate news dissemination that aligns with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor multiple news outlets, financial reports, and industry updates
Curate, summarize, and edit news articles into engaging content pieces
Develop and manage a content calendar for news distribution
Collaborate with marketing team to integrate curated content into broader campaigns
Ensure the credibility and accuracy of all curated information
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging news platforms

Requirements:

Proficiency with news aggregation tools (e.g. Google Alerts, Flipboard)
Experience with content management systems (CMS)
Basic SEO knowledge to enhance content visibility
Strong writing, editing, and fact-checking skills
Familiarity with social media platforms for content dissemination

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years in content curation, journalism, or media roles within the finance or related sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred
Proven track record in content curation or media roles, with a portfolio or examples of published
Skills: Exceptional research abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to simplify complex financial topics
Communication: Excellent written communication with a clear, engaging style
Passion: A genuine interest in financial markets, wealth management, and fintech trends
