- Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements/ risk factors/consequences and impact.
- Develops and maintains commercial legal policies and procedures and monitors to ensure compliance.
- Advises on legal issues related to the business’s operations and commercial transactions.
- Provides legal support and advice on dispute management and resolution.
- Advises the business on related regulatory issues and compliance matters.
- Participates in business such as bidding and procurement.
- Other relevant work.
- Employment Status: Full-time
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / Master of Laws (LLM) from any reputed University
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years (s) in a reputable law firm
