Key Responsibilities

 

• Manage daily trading positions and execute strategies across diverse asset classes.
• Maintain real-time risk oversight and optimize desk performance.
• Partner with developers and quants to refine proprietary models and automation tools.
• Research and back-test new concepts to capitalize on market inefficiencies.
• Provide competitive pricing and ensure seamless execution in high-frequency markets.
  
   

Requirements

 

• Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or CS).
• Exceptional mental arithmetic and logical reasoning under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel; Python, VBA, or C++ skills are a significant plus.
• A competitive, entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, flat structure.
