Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and social media promptly and professionally.
  • Guide clients on account opening, trading platforms, and investment processes.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client concerns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields).
  • Experience: Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the stock market is a plus but not mandatory.
