Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative is based in Lahore. The Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support and assistance, ensure customer satisfaction, and effectively communicate with customers to resolve their issues. The role involves managing customer interactions through various channels and maintaining a positive customer service experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Fluency in English and Urdu
