Job Description

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships between a company and its clients. They ensure that customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services, and they work to maximize customer loyalty and retention. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collect feedback from customers, analyze customer data to identify best practices, and improve customer experience.

2. Issue Resolution

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including support, service, and management, to improve the customer service experience.

3. Sales and Marketing Support

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing customer bases.
  • Help marketing teams in planning and executing customer engagement strategies.
