Salary: PKR 25,000+ (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Representative for our clothing brand. The role involves handling customer queries, assisting with product selection, and managing orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customers ko guide karna aur unki queries handle karna
• Orders receive karke system mein process karna
• Product details, pricing aur availability batana
• Online customers ko images aur information share karna
• Catalog aur product listings update rakhna
• Ensure excellent customer service experience

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or clothing store preferred
• Good communication skills (Urdu + basic English)
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and online dealing
• Responsible and customer-friendly attitude
