Customer Sales Representative - Cold Calling

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join their team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. This position requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Fresh graduates with good English communication abilities are also encouraged to apply. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly to provide information, customer support, and sales assistance.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and necessary follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently manage objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
