Customer Sales / Support Representative

Your responsibilities will as below

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Report Management on software and phone to manage customer calls effectively.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Generate leads through the Website, Facebook marketing by posting in groups, and answer queries of clients in messages.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist clients in understanding the products and services offered by us
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with a team of 20 to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
• Meet performance metrics and targets set by management to drive team success.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Education

• Minimum Intermediate or A/O level
• We encourage BBA / BS Graduates
• Good communication skills and English is a must
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Explorer, and Browsing is a must.
• A creative and open mind with a great aesthetic sense

Experience

• Fresh or Experienced

Salary Range:

• Pkr 15k to 35k
• Competitive salary plus commission

Timings

Afternoon Shift (12 pm to 9 pm (Mon - Friday), 12pm to 6pm (Saturday))
