Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and bring fresh ideas to life through innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

· Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts.

· Respond to inquiries and messages received on social media platforms.

· Capture and forward leads from social media to the education and migration department.

· Maintain a log of social media interactions and follow-ups.

· Provide regular reports on social media engagement and lead conversion.

· Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

· Ensure all client interactions and information are accurately recorded in the CRM.

· Generate reports from the CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

· Assist the education and migration department with administrative tasks.

· Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

· Maintain and update filing systems.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience as a front desk officer or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience with social media platforms and tools.

· Familiarity with CRM systems

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
