Role & Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and record keeping

Assist in Shipment processing and follow-up with clients

Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

✔ Attention to detail with fast and accurate typing skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

✔ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

✔ Prior experience in customer service or data entry is a plus
