Customer Services Representative

About the Role

Hair Club International is looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Services Representative to join our clinic team. This role is central to how we connect with our clients — from the very first phone call to every follow-up after. If you're a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, and keeping accurate records, this role is a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to new clients to welcome them, answer initial questions, and guide them toward booking a consultation
• Follow up consistently with existing clients to check in on their progress, encourage repeat visits, and maintain strong relationships
• Update the CRM software after every client interaction — calls, follow-ups, appointments, and notes — accurately and in real time
• Maintain clean, up-to-date, and complete client records at all times
• Coordinate with the clinic and sales team to ensure client information and appointment details are properly communicated
• Handle client queries and concerns professionally, escalating where needed
• Support scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments as required
• Represent the Hair Club brand with a warm, professional, and helpful tone in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer service, telesales, or call center role (experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Urdu
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience using CRM software preferred; comfortable learning new systems
• A patient, friendly, and client-first attitude
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory for the right candidate
