Key Responsibilities:

Provide ERP technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Assist clients with ERP software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Conduct software training sessions for clients, both individually and in groups.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve software issues and enhance product functionality.
Document client inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the JIRA ticketing system.
Stay up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and best practices.
Assist in testing software updates and new releases.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in ERP software support and implementation.
Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid technical background with an understanding of ERP software applications and basic accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
Flexibility to work both night and day shifts when required.
