You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively through chat support, emails & calls.

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in English.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree, or A-Level background with relevant experience
