Your Role — Be the Voice that Builds Trust

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our international clients — representing global brands with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

You’ll learn how to turn challenges into opportunities, and conversations into lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US/UK/Canada clients.
  • Resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Apply de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations with calmness and tact.
  • Manage social channel messages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and escalate when needed.
  • Log accurate case notes and customer data in CRM tools (Salesforce / Zendesk / HubSpot).
  • Meet core KPIs: AHT, CSAT, and FCR; engage in daily feedback and coaching sessions.

What You’ll Bring

✅ 1+ year experience in international voice support / BPO / call center roles

✅ Fluent English communication (C1) — both spoken and written

✅ Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills

✅ Comfortable working on-site night shifts and achieving measurable KPIs

✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and social media handling

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience supporting US/UK campaigns or handling social media support
  • Prior exposure to KPI-driven environments or early-stage team leadership
