The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing AI solutions to optimize our business operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.

This Position is USA based timings: 9 AM to 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for AI applications.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Design and deploy predictive models to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Implement machine learning algorithms for data classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and methodologies.

Required skills and experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, orScikit-learn.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in implementing AI in a business environment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
