Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Compliance Specialist to support and oversee compliance with the NDMO (National Data Management Office) and PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) frameworks in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will ensure all data management and privacy practices align with local regulations and corporate governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Implement and monitor compliance with NDMO and PDPL data governance requirements
• Develop and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, and documentation
• Conduct data classification, privacy risk assessments, and compliance audits
• Work with IT and business teams to enforce data protection measures
• Monitor data access, sharing, and storage practices for compliance
• Support incident management and reporting of data breaches
• Conduct awareness sessions and provide compliance training
  
   

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Data Governance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data compliance, privacy, or governance
• In-depth knowledge of NDMO and PDPL regulatory frameworks
• Experience in data protection audits, risk management, and documentation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferred
