We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data records in our system. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) and a good understanding of data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update accurate data in spreadsheets and company software.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions.
  • Create and maintain reports using PivotTables, charts, and formulas.
  • Clean and validate large datasets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Support the HR/Admin/Finance/Inventory team (as per department) with data-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level) – must know formulas like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Data Validation, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Good typing speed with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Sheets or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of pharmacy-related inventory, products, or medical data will be a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of HR, finance, or inventory data (optional).
  • Can handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Applicants with knowledge of pharmacy or pharmaceutical data will be preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA / FSC / I.Com / D.Com)
  • Bachelor's degree will be a plus but not mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or office work preferred
  • Fresh candidates with strong Excel skills are also encouraged to apply
  • Must have hands on experience with Advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, etc.
