About the Role

Al Ghaffar Travel is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and updating data, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• Prepare reports and data summaries as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
• Perform routine administrative and office support tasks.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Under graduate.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in data entry will be a plus.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
