Deputy Director (Transport & Bus Operation)

Job Description:

Manage the bus fleet and prepare reports based on KPIs.

Analyze statistics for Command & Control.

Provide mechanical advice related to bus operations or fleet management.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and proper maintenance of bus depots.

Perform other tasks assigned by management or SMTA.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (from an HEC recognized institution).

Additional education/specialization or foreign qualifications will be preferred.

Minimum 7 years of experience in urban transport, BRT systems, fleet scheduling, or contract management.
