We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager - Technology & Connectivity to support the alumni Pathways leadership in implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes, teams, programs, and the overall alumni community. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, systems design, and project management. This role focuses on designing and deploying innovative technology solutions that align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical designs to ensure technology solutions effectively support organizational objectives.
- Assist in designing and implementing technology solutions that streamline business processes, enhance team collaboration, improve program delivery, and enrich alumni experiences.
- Document requirements and design solutions for a comprehensive Alumni Relationship Management system that integrates all programs, services, and operations to boost team performance and alumni engagement.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth technology operations for team members.
- Develop alumni-related interventions such as forms and chatbots to simplify communication channels and increase alumni engagement.
- Lead the adoption of technology for educational purposes by identifying and implementing applications, software, and processes that improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and incorporate their information needs into technology systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in technology management, systems implementation, or similar roles.
- Strong ability to conceptualize, document, design, and implement technology solutions.
- Experience in developing interventions and utilizing communication tools like forms and chatbots to enhance engagement and streamline communication.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Moodle, FormStack or Zoho, and CRM systems.
