Deputy Security Manager

Responsibilities
 

• Supervise and coordinate security vigilance teams to conduct inspections, surveillance activities, vehicle checks, and personnel monitoring.
• Ensure the security of the ASML plant premises and the safeguarding of all company assets.
• Oversee the daily dispatch and escorting of CRC coils, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Monitor the performance of outsourced security personnel to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise effectively with law enforcement agencies to ensure preparedness for both preventive measures and emergency situations.
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation related to security operations including gate pass tracking and vendor movement control.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to enhance security processes and procedures continually.
• Manage departmental budgets and oversee the finalization of contracts with security service vendors.
• Provide protocol support and security arrangements for senior management and visiting foreign dignitaries.
• Develop and implement security plans that align with organizational goals, addressing potential risks proactively.
