Design Chat Representative (Night Shift)

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer to join our team based in Nazimabad, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and intuitive UI/UX designs across a variety of client projects. This role demands strong visual design capabilities and proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. The position is full-time, requiring in-person attendance with working hours from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop creative concepts and design solutions tailored to their needs.
- Test and refine website designs to optimize user experience and functionality.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of content management systems to implement designs effectively.
- Apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
- Ensure all web designs are compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Keep up to date with international web standards, protocols, and emerging technologies.
- Exhibit creativity and remain open to new design ideas and trends.
- Continuously adapt and improve design skills by learning new techniques.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Capcut.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with AI prompts, supported by a portfolio demonstrating at least one year of expertise in this area.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with relevant graphic design software tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fluency in English is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
