Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify emerging digital trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
• Content CollaborationWork closely with content marketing and design teams to create engaging and targeted content for each stage of the customer journey.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
• Online Asset OptimizationOptimize company website, landing pages, and social media profiles to improve user experience and lead generation.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility.
• Budget ManagementPlan and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across multiple channels.
• Optimize spending to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
• Performance Testing & OptimizationConduct A/B testing to measure and refine digital marketing campaigns.
• Implement data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze key performance metrics to measure success.
• Generate monthly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

✔ Atleast 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the IT or Internet industry.

✔ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to mentor and guide team members to build high-performing teams.

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
