Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for social media, lead generation, and digital strategy. This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to support business growth and brand visibility.

Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000/month
Work Location: II Chundrigar Road, Near Tower (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and growth across platforms.
• Create, manage, and schedule engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and generate quality leads.
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, track, and report performance metrics (KPIs) and campaign ROI.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain basic knowledge of SEO and integrate SEO practices into content strategy.
• Understand and align marketing efforts with the web development and design industry.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and insights.

Requirements

• Fresh, 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing (Fresh candidates with relevant skills may also apply).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and paid advertising tools.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience in handling client campaigns is a plus.
