Job Description

As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to boost our online presence, drive quality traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and more.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align digital strategies with business goals.

2. SEO & SEM

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to improve organic visibility.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO (meta tags, link-building, technical SEO).
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive conversions.

3. Content Marketing

  • Work with content creators to develop engaging blog posts, email content, whitepapers, and landing pages.
  • Use content to support SEO efforts and lead generation.
  • Develop content calendars and oversee content distribution across all digital platforms.

4. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurture series).
  • Segment lists, personalize campaigns, and set up automation workflows via tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Monitor performance and A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs.

5. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Create and schedule posts, engage with the community, and monitor brand mentions.
  • Run paid social campaigns and measure performance against KPIs.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Provide detailed performance reports for each channel and campaign.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI.

7. Website & CRO

  • Collaborate with web developers to improve UX/UI and site speed.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversions (A/B testing, CTA placement, layout changes).
  • Track visitor behaviour using heatmaps and session recordings.

8. Marketing Tech & Tools

  • Use and manage digital marketing tools such as:
    • Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads
    • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
    • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
    • Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email, content, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and creative.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Google Ads & Analytics certifications.
  • Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
