Digital Marketing Expert and Telesales Specialist

• As a remote Digital Marketing Expert and Telesales Specialist, you will handle inbound and outbound international calls with B2B customers, providing exceptional service.
• Demonstrate active listening and confidence in making outbound calls to businesses worldwide.
• Have an understanding of lead generation, with previous experience in a similar role in sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing.
• A team player, supporting all aspects of the company and eager to grow within the sales department.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential.
• Open to change, eager to learn, and have a good affinity for technology.
• Able to overcome objections and proactively accomplish desired goals.
• Maintain a polite and friendly telephone manner with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of persuasion and negotiation.
• Work from home with a flexible shift pattern, receiving support from the sales and technical teams remotely.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging key clients and generating new business leads.
• Working in a sales environment with a focus on needs-based selling via phone, email, fax, and social media.
• Being both target and quality-focused.
• Troubleshooting basic tech issues before escalating to the management team.
• Being self-motivated and working to multiple KPIs and targets remotely.
• Having a suitable work environment and a high-speed internet connection to use our systems.
