We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to lead and execute our growth efforts for Hajj & Umrah packages. This role combines performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads) with sales execution—you will plan and run campaigns, generate and nurture leads, close sales, and improve the overall sales & marketing process. You will also help train other sales executives and strengthen the team’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Digital Marketing (Meta + Google)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube as needed)
  • Build funnels: creatives → landing/WhatsApp/lead forms → lead nurturing → booking
  • Daily/weekly optimization: targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, creatives, keywords, and retargeting
  • Track and report performance: CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, booking rate

B) Sales & Lead Closing

  • Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify leads, share packages, resolve objections, and close bookings
  • Maintain follow-up cadence and pipeline hygiene (CRM/spreadsheets)
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth handoff after booking

C) Team Enablement

  • Train/coach junior sales executives: scripts, follow-ups, objection handling
  • Improve SOPs: lead tracking, daily reporting, weekly review, campaign learnings
  • Work with leadership on monthly targets and forecasting

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4–5 years experience in sales + digital marketing (performance marketing strongly preferred)
  • Proven hands-on mastery of:
  • Meta Ads Manager (lead gen, conversions, retargeting, creative testing)
  • Google Ads (search campaigns, keyword strategy, conversion tracking basics)
  • Strong communication in English/Urdu (spoken + written)
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp selling, consultative sales, and closing
  • Reporting mindset: can explain what worked, what didn’t, and what to do next

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Travel industry experience (Umrah/Hajj packages) or high-ticket services
  • Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Adobe) for ad creatives
  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.)

Performance Metrics (How you’ll be evaluated):

  • Qualified leads generated + cost per qualified lead
  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate
  • Monthly closed bookings and profit contribution
  • Campaign performance improvements (CPL/CPA/ROAS)
  • Sales team process improvements + training impact

Work Structure:

  • Remote work from Pakistan
  • Must be available for daily coordination with management (time window will be agreed)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: PKR 75,000 / month
  • Incentive: Commission of 5% of profit from sale leads closed by you (as per internal calculation policy)
  • Probation: 6 months
  • Reviews: Monthly performance reviews + Quarterly reviews + Final review at 6 months (probation completion).
  • Confirmation: Role confirmed upon satisfactory performance after probation.
