A leading property development company based in Karachi is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead its digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in performance marketing, creative content development, SEO, and foundational web development skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on tasks and lead a marketing team effectively. The primary goal is to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive measurable digital growth within the competitive property development sector.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic is a critical part of this role.
You will oversee content planning, copywriting, and publishing across various digital channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. Designing visual marketing assets and campaign materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva will also be essential. Additionally, editing promotional videos and social media reels to support marketing campaigns and property listings will form part of your duties.
Managing website content updates and maintenance using WordPress, Elementor, HTML, and CSS is required to keep the company’s digital presence fresh and functional. You will execute and optimize PPC campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
Analyzing campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager will help you derive actionable insights. Preparing regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments is also expected. Collaboration with internal teams and leadership of junior marketing staff will ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of all campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing is required, with at least 5 years specifically within the property development industry.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and performance analytics is essential. Proficiency in WordPress and front-end web development tools such as Elementor, HTML, and CSS is necessary to manage and update the company website effectively.
Candidates should be skilled in graphic design and video editing software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, to create compelling visual content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing campaigns and coordinating with cross-functional teams is required to successfully lead the marketing department.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Karachi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to joining. The salary range for this role is PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month.
The role demands a minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in the property development sector. English language proficiency is mandatory, and on-site presence is required to collaborate effectively with the team.
