Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager for a well-reputed schooling system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the school’s online presence, increase student admissions, and strengthen brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the school and its programs.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate admissions leads.
• Manage and update the school website and optimize content for SEO.
• Create engaging content including posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials.
• Manage online reputation and respond to inquiries across digital platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to improve marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing (education sector experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
